Improvisational Dance

This a dance improvisation class that engages a process of a deep listening to the body and to physical sensations. The goal of this process is to increase our awareness of the body and further amplify the sensation. The workout offered by this class aims to discover and strengthen the body and add flexibility, stamina, agility, and skills including coordination and efficiency while stimulating the senses and imagination. Participants awaken numb areas, increase their awareness of habits, and they are encouraged to connect to pleasure inside moments of effort. Classes are open to all levels. Even if you do not have any experience in dance, welcome to discover your inner groove!
