Discover and regain strength and balance. Arms, legs, abdominal muscles and core get stronger. We'll add different props based on the workout, including light weights, balls, bands, gliders & the uniquely designed Rock-Flex balance boards along with 3 x 3 FIT rings using resist/assist tension cords. Chisel small and large muscle groups simultaneously! All levels. Barefoot/Barre socks.
