We offer three types of programs:
Mona Method classes, these are ongoing classes listed with MM in the description. Choose a single drop-in to class, or purchase Mona Method class passes (available for purchase in our on-line store or in the studio) for 5/10/20 that can be used for any MM class.
Specialty Series, listed with SS in the description. These are separate purchases directly from the instructor as listed. Mona Method class passes cannot be used for Specialty Series.
Workshops, listed as WS in the description. These are separate purchases directly from the instructor as listed. Mona Method class passes cannot be used for Specialty Series.

Planning your arrival 10-15 minutes before class begins, helps facilitate our practice schedule. We strive to start and end our classes on time. We respectfully ask that cell phones are silenced and placed in a cubbie during class.

We start class by waking up the feet using uniquely designed half domes called foot wakers. Then we get rolling on different sizes of specially designed balls, following muscles from their origin to their insertion. This is bodywork that is deep! It’s the best of both! Join Mona for an intense 40 minutes of core activation with Foundation Training body weight exercises followed by 35 minutes of muscular elongation and strengthening with Yamuna body rolling! Wow!
This is a class favorite. We go ballistic! We have a blast getting strong with creative movements using large bosu ballast balls, small balls, weighted balls, hand weights, resistance bands, tubing, work at the ballet barre, and on the floor with mats.
3X3 FIT’s unique patented design uses weighted rings with light to heavy variable resist/assist tension cords to ignite your muscle groups simultaneously. 3X3 FIT exercises emphasize core stability training your muscles to work together. Pilates meets barre.
3X3 FIT is new, it’s been described as “Pilates meets barre on steroids” after one class, you’ll see why it’s quickly spreading into gyms/studios across the country
This is a description of the class.
A 45 minute total body work out. Use of small weights, miscellaneous athletic props and the Barre will lead you through this foundational beginners/refresher class. Emphasis on understanding setup, alignment and form. (mat and essentials provided; please wear comfortable “non-restrictive” clothing. Class done barefoot.)
